Here in the Circle Of Life board is where you can apply for cubs and a random member of staff possibley your king or queen mostly queen would do it but it's up to them.
You'll need some of this stuff because its kind of important i think.

Age:(Your Character's Age)
Gender:(Your Character's Gender)
Pride:(Your Character's Pride)
And then do the same for your mate.
